This incident has been resolved. All services are back operational.

EU - VPS - 7950x - GERMANY 1 & EU - VPS - 7950x - GERMANY 2, are now operational

DNS & IP settings will have to be changed, you can check your new IP in the cloud panel.

We are working as hard as we can to get our other nodes up as soon as possible.

US - VPS - 9950x - HIGH - NEW YORK 1, is now operational!

Our EU - GAME - 7950x - GERMANY 1 is back operational. Please check our gamepanel to find your NEW IP and make sure to share it with your playerbase.

Due to an issue with NeoProtect all our services are down.

NeoProtect has decided to not reinstate their Remote Shield services for the time being. At this moment we are using their Remote Shield service. You can read more at their status page if you willing to have more information about the matter:

We as Vertuo Hosting really regret this decision and are looking for a solution ASAP! We will keep you updated and will do our best to get our services back online before the end of the day.

We got an update from NeoProtect: They are expecting to have their services back online "Tomorrow". We do hope it will be way faster than this. For this outage our hands are tied.

We are currently looking into other options in case this ever happens again.
